Icon2 Easiest way to get to P/S return line?

We have a 1999 Accord V6 that's been leaking all the colors of the rainbow. I'm relatively new to cars (other than driving them), and that one is on its way out, so I'm using it as my sandbox to get some experience. Armed with the service manual and youtube, what could possibly go wrong?!

I replaced a leaking ATF cooler return line, and that seems to be working fine now.

But the major leak is in the power steering. After driving it for a few days, the reservoir level will go from Upper to Lower. Underneath the car, much of the driver's side area is soaked in PS fluid.

From what I can tell, the return line that connects into the steering rack is completely rusted out and soaked, and there's a puddle underneath it. The feed line has some rust around it, but not nearly as bad. Since the feed line is so much more expensive, I want to try to replace to the return line first.

So what is the easiest way to get to the return line and replace it? Every video I've seen has been about replacing the feed line, since that's the larger part.

I know that I should loosen the nut from the top, but where is the other end of the return line, and how can I more easily get to all this? I've tried taking the driver's side tire off and also going in from underneath, but it's a very tight area. Any suggestions?
