Default 95 Acura Integra Floor pan

New to the forums and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a floor pan for my '95 Acura Integra GSR? Just got it the other day and there is a hole where the back mount of the driver's seat is. Any help would be appreciated, not sure if a whole new floor pan would the way to go or some other option. Thanks

Hi Lesage,

guy uses part of an appliance to fix his floor pan. Not sure where you could get a floor pan. Seems like maybe someone would have to weld some metal in there. I'm for sure not an expert.

I just got a honda civic del sol and have been looking at junkyards to replace a driver side seat rail that was rusty and broke - sure my floor pan is pretty rusty though.

Good Luck,

That might work, would rather just replace the whole floor so its solid again but if I cant find one thats a good second option. Thanks for your input.

Sounds really unsafe to me considering its behind his driver side seat. I would find a friend or a good welder that can make it safe for you. Shouldnt be to expensive just find a nice thick sheet of metal or go to the junk yard and ask if you can take a piece out. maybe weld some support bars underneath, boom done. should be around 60 to 100 dollars if you take it to a shop an supply your own metal. You dont want to be riding on a washing machine cover. One bump to big and splat, your going to need a new set of pants and under-wear.

Yeah I'd like to just fix it right the first time and spend a lil extra dollas. A new floor pan would be idle.

About the floor pan...

Its going to cost anywhere between 400-600 probably more i would assume. Thats why I insist on you just getting a nice thick sheet of metal, as big or a little bigger then stock.

An I doubt you can even buy a floor by itself, can someone give me some feedback on this?

You can easily get a cheap shell, just look around some guys on here have them all day. Also check craigslist.. or even ebay for that matter. Good luck.. Are you still driving it daily?

Talking like a donor car kinda deal? And I might just do that then, probably easier and if done right just as good. And no not currently, driving my 07 Tacoma but would much rather just drive the Acura since its my summer car.

Being a unibody, the Integra doesn't just have a floor pan that's bolted to something else. There is a piece of sheet steel that makes up the floor pan but it's not really in independent piece of metal per se. Instead it's integrated with the rest of the body. It's definitely not something you'll be able to remove and replace. You'll need to get in touch with a good body shop and have the hole welded shut.

The floor pan for my eg is toasted on the drivers side. I was able to get a new one from Honda albeit auto as manual is sold out and discontinued. It was only $200 with tax picked up. The pan looks like it could be installed from the bottom of the car. In fact, the only way to get it lined up.

My question is how is it attached on the sides? I'm going to attempt this when summer is over but I'm looking for info now. Sorry to thread jack but this info could benefit everyone. There doesn't seem to be much info out there on doing this that I've found.
