I have a problem with my ep3, when i full throttle, it makes like he will off but in 2-3 seconds he answer again... I change the fuel pump assembly (new hop), spark plugs, clean all throttle body with sensors, i change both O2 Sensor but 2nd one comes damaged, and still sending check engine...

P0452

Hope someone can help me with this problem...

guesseing you have a race header.....what are your mods?....start with that next time because most times its the f-ing mods causing the problem.

unless you have kpro...your ecu is a "thinking ecu"( kpro kills that)....the ecu only knows what the sensos tell it....the ecu has 2 main jobs...keep the motor safe, keep the stuff comming out of the tail pipe within regs.......if the ecu sees temps to high at the o2's it goes full rich because you must be running lean...solve your o2 problems first....

 

intriguing. What all is done to the car? Or what have you done and how long has this been happening? Did it grow worse or did it just pop out of the blue

 

I bought the car very very cheap with this problem...

all is stock... only have a short ram intake.

I just bought the 2 o2 sensors new for ep3... any change at all...

any mods added. stock ecu, stock catalyzer...

 

Pull the ecu fuse for a minute( the fuse box under the hood) when the car is not running and the key is out to clear the codes...drive it and see what pops up...then let us know codes you still have...if you are still running lean, there is mostlikely an air leak in the gas tank( the gt needs to be pressurised to ade in fuel pressure)
