Default Throttle problem

Hello Guys, I have a throttle problem in my 2004 AP1,yes AP1 because it's a Euro version, still come with an F20C engine until this day but with the new generation body and everything. Anyway, the problem is that, after 5-10 minutes or so of driving, I get a weird feel of lack of gaz getting pumped into the engine as if the car is about to turn off, or like a trash in the gaz, then I pump the throttle a little, it goes away, and everything goes back to fine and smooth?!??!? This happens almost every 5 min for like couple of seconds. I'm sure it's not gaz type or gaz quality, I've tried different stations, and still the problem exists, and not consistent that's the weird thing. No Engine Check light is on.
My car has 55,000 Km on it now. that's like 34k miles.

Any idea?

I changed my spark plugs, I am putting a cleaner every time I fill up gaz. The problem still exist, I'm tyring to see if anyone of you guys got such a problem before I go for the checkup.

My VIN is this: JHMAP11304T200453
AP1 and AP2 represents the engine, and since Euro version S2000 comes with an F20C, they still call it AP1, even the 2008 model.

You have a CEL???

AP1 and AP2 represents the chassis code not the engine code, which is F22.

White Smoke. Check your info. Euro S2000 VINs are still called AP1 even 2008 model with the new 2004+ body look, AP1 in this case (S2000) is representing the Engine. Only in US, AP2 is the new look and new engine 2004+
Anyway it's not the topic we are discussing.
CEL is NOT on.
