you'd never believe how much props a stock car can get on this board.. one time someone posted pics of a BONE STOCK, NOTHING DONE TO IT AT ALL, 91 Civic SiR from japan.. and people saw that steering wheel on the right hand side and they went nuts.. saying things like "im drooling" or "oh my god that made me cream my pants" .. and it was just a stock civic.. so wow..

it's not stock if you know what you're looking at. what would make it NOT stock to you? a cf hood? something JDM? black rims? cuase that's all this site seems to respect... heh.

i used to be two.oh, i traded my 87 Si to a friend of mine up in flagstaff for this car.

Can I enlighten you.

You have a nice engine/n20 setup there. However, you have loss of up to 20% traction, which means lose in power. I would recommend camber kit and alignment. It will pay for itself in time by saving tires anyway. Plus you cannot corner as well as you'd like, the tires are bend at high speeds - BE VERY careful, that can be really dangerious.

Other wise - POW!

your title says "stock-looking" which is why i brought up how it doesnt matter if its stock, because this board gets all drooly over a stock 91 civic..

and i dont like CF hoods if they're not painted, not too crazy about black rims if they were bought for looks, and i sure as hell dont like "JDM" parts that dont upgrade the car.

couldn't agree with you more.

to the guy above concerning traction and handling...good advice, but it dosen't really apply to me. i traded a 12sec. capable 87 hatchback with B20vtec for this car, so the ZC feels like nothing more than a stock motor. i just try to enjoy the car. i personally think the lower it is, the better it looks, so i don't need to, or even want to, turn fast or get to 50mph faster than anybody else. i'm not really concerned with all that lately.

if i could afford it, the car would be juiced

i don't really like the crx wheels but they look better on ur hatch than on a Rex. Also, the drop is a bit too much imo... but thats why u posted this here. for our opinions.

BUT i love the rear seats

i have a turbo setup in my garage, that i may slap on, but then i'd have to raise the car, and like i said, i'm not really into going fast anymore.

i was thinking of selling the nitrous and turbo **** i have and put that towards a nice fully accumulated hydraulic setup. i dunno, we'll see...

I remember in '97 when I had bec-tech coilovers on my 90 accord, I had to cut the towers so the A-arms could come out like that. I put a rubber surround around
the cut and it cleaned it up a lot.
