Default Question about the clutchmasters flywheel

I was just installing my flywheel on my b18a and i noticed that the bolts that were included were too small for the flywheel to block holes.
The bolts that were included will only fit these holes

HAs this ever happened to anyone before?
Also are those bolts suppose to go in there?

I thought that those bolts were meant to go into here but they way to small for the hole.

Thanks
-Brian

Those are the bolts to attach the clutch pressure plate to the flywheel, not the fly wheel to the crank.
