Default Speedo needle question...

The last time I took out my cluster the speedo needle got knocked back. It still seems to work fine, but it just reads between 15-18 mph slower than what I'm actually doing (My car's so slow that at a stop it's goin negative mph ). Anywayz, is this something I can fix or do I just need to live with it? Thanks.
