Default Coolant flush question

I'm flushing my coolant, and I'm following all normal steps recommended. My one issue is that there is a higher point in my coolant (a hose from my TB to my block) that is higher than my rad cap. If I refill my radiator, will I have to bleed the air out from somewhere? Or will it being completely empty, and me filling it until it is full, be sufficient? I know the highest point should be where the air is escaping so that there isn't air somewhere else, correct?

EDIT:

My vehicle is a 1993 Honda Civic with a JDM B16a engine and trans. Just got finished installing a skunk2 pro series TB & Ultra series manifold, so I'm flushing and refilling the coolant in order to have everything run smoothly.

Thanks guys.

Remove the plug from the bottom of the radiator. Refill and bleed. Just leave the radiator cap off after you turn the engine on. Once coolant starts to come up at the radiator fill neck, re-install cap.

Put climate control blend to the hot sstting.
Undo the block drain plug.
Undo the radiator drain plug.
Wouldn't hurt to open up one of the heater hoses too.

Then seal it back up. And refill.

Thanks guys. I guess my question was more "Does the highest point have to be the rad cap for air to be released from the system if I'm flushing and refilling", as there's a hose that is higher than that point.

If your question is whether a bleed is required after a flush, I would say yes. Follow the service manual bleed instructions for your engine. Use the bleed bolt if your engine has one.

The rad cap is usually the highest point in the system. If that is your
case, then pull the car up on oil change ramps, open the cap and
run the engine. You'll see air escaping as it bubbles thru the coolant.
There is a procedure where you wait for the engine cooling fan to turn on
a couple of times to allow adequate circulation of coolant thru the
system to get all the air.
