so I just got this 94 integra. it has the stock b18b1 in it with a b16 tranny. when the car starts up to when it's warmed up completely the idle will bounce from 1900-3000 I really don't know what to look for to solve the problem nah advice will help!!

 

Start by setting the base idle. Let it warm up to normal temp, and unplug the iacv. Adjust the idle screw to get the idle down to roughly 800. Plug the sensor back in, and reset the ecu. Start her up and see where she idles.
