2009 civic si was turbod but now returned to stock and just turns over???
I have a 09 civic si sedan it was turbod and the computer I'm assuming had hondata . I put everything back stock pretty much Except header back exhaust and what not . Now the car turns over just won't start. Any ideas? Would the ECu cause this? I am missing the o2 sensor now due to the aftermarket exhaust but could it be something simple as that or a something not being hooked up underneath the hood due to it being a theft recovery and they've been building it back stock and fabricating things from where it had turbo parts to now it's stock the shop might have overlooked something?? Really need help and opinions please!!![/U]

It is likely that the ecu was tuned for larger injectors & possibly a different map sensor.
Go to http://hondata.com/dealers.html
Find a local dealer & take the car to them for troubleshooting.
The vehicle likely has more issues then can be handled via a forum.

Depends on the ECU that you have, You need to find out what hardware it is using. Hondata, Neptune or just a chip and software. That being said if it was tuned before you should be able to find a tuner that can tune it for your current engine setup.
That is hondata flashpro usually. :-)
As far as tuning goes I agree that Hondata KPro is probably the most popular assumption...... However, we really don't know anything more than it was a boosted 2009 Civic. There was no mention of the engine or previous setup. The AEM, Haltec and Megasquirt engine management systems are some other possibilities.
I agree that a tuner will probably be the cheapest fix for the OP!

It gets spark gets fuel , fuel pressure on ktuned fuel rail shows to be normal , but it's not getting enough fuel to start . Turns over but won't start. Had a full race turbo kit on it that was stolen off of it so I bought it as theft recovery and rebuilt it with just header back exhaust 330 cc injectors ,new plugs ,new fuel line, CAI . Skunk 2 intake mani . Immobolizer is not the issue here far as it not starting and the fuel pump has been tested . So me and my mechanic/ body man is at a stand still
If it was tuned for 400-1000cc injectors and boost. Then your now N/A, 330cc setup will not run on that tune/ECU. You need a tune!
Took k tuned fuel rail off and injectors sprays but not enough althought the pressure is good. Replaced ECu with a stock . Could I need a stock fuel rail ? Any other ideas for it not spraying enough fuel for 330cc injectors

Flash Pro is for 06+ Civics and uses the stock ecu with no ecu hardware modification.
The ecu is flashed through the obd2 port.
The OP would have no idea if the ecu was tuned on flash pro without really looking into it as the ecu is not physically modified.
If the OP's ecu was tuned on Flash Pro for larger injectors & a different map sensor etc then the OP's vehicle would likely not run or barely run if he used stock injectors & map sensor etc...
If the OP changes the ecu the immobilizer will need to be re-programmed.
Could I need o2 sensors bc they are missing would that cause this? Or a stock fuel rail vs the ktuned I have? It also has gas in it that's been in their for about a year so could either of those three problems cause these problems . Because it turns over but won't run unless u spray starter fluid in the intake then it will if u gas the hell out of it . And the immobilizer is fine it's not been set off or anything now due to the new ECu in it
If the key and immobilizer were not matched to the new ECU it will not start. This can only be done by a Honda or Acura dealer.
