i have a 94 integra gsr that has a sputtering problem on start up and idle.
i have changed the distributor cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. i also noticed that when i pull cyl 1 plug out the car shuts off. I have done a compression test and the numbers were 215,200,190,190.

i have no cels, and no cat. the sputtering at idle is around 600rpms and its sounds like its hicking. I am about to change the distributor and see if that helps later this week. ill also try to get a video up.

 

never hurts to double check everything, lots of dodgy parts out there.

thanks for the input. well my radiator cracked and i put in a new one with a new cap and so far it stopped sputtering at idle. so ill keep this updated and try to put a video of what it was doing.

 

post a video it a hell of alot better then explain in some cases (I hate explaining because im terrible putting words together haha)
