D15b block D16z6 head?

D15b block D16z6 head?
I have a full d15b non vtec swap in my car and i'm getting a D16z6 head, intake mani and ECU do i need to tap into the block for a oil line for the vtec like if i was doing lsv? Or could i just take a oil plug off of the block and not have to drill anything?
