Anyone know the size of wastegate that is on a revhard turbo kit? I know it comes with a deltagate and I want to change it to a tial wastegate. Also, with what kind of blow off valve can I swap in the vortech one with and will it just bolt on? Thanks.

 

The w/g should be 35mm.

 

the deltagate can be directly swapped out for a 35mm tial. any bov can be put on to the charge pipe you just have to get someone to weld on the flange for that certain bov.

 

You can swap the Deltagate out to a Tial 35mm and you can mount a Greddy Type "S", Greddy Type "R" or HKS Standard BOV.

for the HKS Super Sequential you'll need a new flange or some kind of custom made adaptor flange

 

i have the vortech bov that came wid the kit are there any bovs that share that flange?

hahah, not that question but the question about sharing the same flange w/ the vortech BOV. sort of like plug and play. another case of miscommunication.

I believe that the new Rev Hard kit comes with a turbo smart w/g. My brother just go his kit 2 weeks ago and it came with a turbo smart w/g.

 

now that i have the vortech bov installed i dont want another bov it sounds perfect

 

I ordered the Rev Hard Stage 2 c from John at Afterhourz and

I swapped out the BOV and the WG for a new TIAL and HKS SBOV
the BOV will fit fine if u wanna swap it out no problem along with the WG.

 

Did After Hourz allow you to swap parts within the kit?

How hard is it swap out the deltagate to a Tial external wastegate? And whats this new Turbo Smart Wastegate? How does that compare to the Tial?
