Default Gsr turbo cutting out at around 4700 rpms

I had this swap in an integra turboed n tuned and it ran good and strong.I decided to swap into an eg and now that it's done I'm having issues with the car cutting out like it's hitting the rev limit at 4700 or so.The eg had an Ls in it before so I used the cars harness plugs with the Gsr harness on the motor.I heard that I need to change the Gsr dizzy to an Ls dizzy and the problem will be solved.Had anyone ran into this problem before. The ecu isn't in limp home mode and I've checked all plugs n sensors to no avail..Any help towards my problem would be greatly appreciated
