Default BoomPows 1991 LX Sedan DD/Project

This is my 1991 Lx Sedan threasd. Ive always wanted a ef sedan and someone offered a good price for my hatch so i took it and got my dream car.

I paid only 1500 for the car. Stock D15b2 149k , Cruise control, power windows, locks, steering, and mirrors. Everything works perfect on it. Only downside is someone tryed spray painting it. Pictures below you will see the paint.. then Second day i had it did a complete tune up, oil change, spark plugs, wires, etc. Because when i got it home realized it had no oil... Then second day the transmission **** on me... It had barely any gear oil in it which may have been a reason why, but Took me 4 days to find a cable 5 speed tranny. Got it tryed putting it in and turns out the spline count on the new tranny was different from the original . So had to order a new clutch that matched the spline count. After i got it all in it works fine. Also now aquired a small valve tick. :/ No telling how long the car had no oil before i got it. So in a few weeks im going to get that fixed.

So far im in love with it.

Heres a quick picture of my old hatch before i got rid of it, (i sold it without the wheels)
1989 Civic Si
Stock D16a6
290k Miles
Skunk2 Struts Ebay sleeves
Volvo Front lip, 96 Ek hatch side skirts
Shakotan Exhaust.
Alot of creative stuff to make it my own.

Heres some pictures of the sedan.

Im getting a good price so hopefully it works out.

I looked everywhere for this setup at a good price. If i couldnt find it i was going to save a little more. Im doing this car right. No cheap ****. Cant wait for the outcome

Im looking at a 89 Hatch with a D16y8 swap. For only 500 i want to swap my sedan so im thinking of buying this hatch for the motor.

The hatch wont start right now. Its also dual point and im pretty sure the y8's came Multi. Idk if the ecu was changed out either for the vtec 1.6 ecu. Ive checked for spark and the fuel pump is turning on. i hate swaps done by other people.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Finally got the chance to get my exhaust redone after pretty much breaking all the hangers, and it dragging the ground every bump for almost 3 weeks.

The old exhaust

New Exhaust

On The lift before the new exhaust

Finished product. I missed my hatch alot so had to bring some of it back

sell it for more dollars and buy many fireworks. then buy it back and worry about swappin a b series in there. you'll love a b- still on budget status too.

I'm all for sedans too, I wish I knew where the photos of my brother's 88 accord were, I duped the exhaust for straight pipe and stuck it out a lil further than those shitty pickup truck hitches that grab your shin when you're not paying attention.
