Air only blowing at feet help?

Default Air only blowing at feet help?

My sisters car no matter what setting (defrost, top vents etc ) only blows on feet? Common issue? Switch ? Any help greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a problem with the mode control motor.

You can do a self-diagonstic to see if there are any trouble codes.

There are steps to test the motor; but, if you remove the glove box, you can see if it moves.
