high hydrocarbon (HC) emissions
i have a '91 integra rs with 224K on it i went through my emissions test the first time and failed with high NOx, HC, & CO after cleaning the air filter and adding an oil and fuel additive i failed a second time with just high HC
any helo with how to fix this??
