Default Navigation in Civic

I've got a 2005 Honda Civic Ex and I was wondering if a genuine honda navigation unit from a 2006-2011 civic would work in mine. Tried searching, but I didn't find any results. Just want to know if there is anything I should be wary of or complications that might be involved.
This would be the unit in question.

Thanks.

I have the same question but the difference is would it work with after market amp. along with 2 12" subs? I have someone said that it can be installed but will be costly but I might be wrong?

Ended up finding my own answer after digging a bit more. Seems this topic has already been discussed.

Thinkin I'm just gunna get an aftermarket navi and go from there. The 8th gen navi would be too much of a hassle to do all the sensors and wiring.
