I have a 90 crx that I completely gutted. I put a obd0 b18a1 in it and wired the whole car up for obd2 so I have the distributer, alternator and all the plugs to make the motor work as far as I know (besides the crank censor) now I've run into the problem of a couple different things.
One of them is because of the obd2 integra harness I'm using I wanted to use a integra steering wheele setup with the turn indicators and all what do I need to do to use that.
Another problem is my ignition that's still connected is obdO plugs but I have a obd2 ignition I hooked the wires up in the back but the two wires that run to that little black connecter on the side of the ignition are diferent. Can I just splice those?
My next question is I have. Cable tranny tht doesn't have the electronic plug sensor its the kind that was a chord that ran to the gauge cluster itself. If I put the electronic sensor off a newer tranny will it work?

what do you mean "i have hte car setup for obd2"?

what engine harness did you modify?
your crx is it si?


I've yet to see anyone with a DC integra steering wheel on EF or anyone using the DC turn stalks on EF.

in order for you to get a electic vss into your crx, you'll need the hydro vss, wiring plug, install a cluster that reads electirc vss and rewire it. A few people here have done it.

 

I haven't modified the new harness at all. I basically just had an obdO motor that was already hooked up to my crx when I still had the old harness in there, but the previous owner had hacked it all up really haggard like. So I have an obd2 motor and harness. I took all the plugs off the obd2 motor and put them on my obdO motor because I was tokd with the dizzy, right alternator, and everything it should work. I got the dc steering wheel on but the indicators won't work.
