does anyone know where i can purchase qm1 qm3 transistors for a usdm p72 obd1

transitors are as follows:

i need two sk411 sta460c

and i also need one sk412 sta413a


Im trying to repair a broken obd1 p72 ecu. i used working P06 qm transistors but it wont let me rev past a certain rpm and then code 16 shoots

P72 i bought had fried resistors which i fixed
but injector driver wasnt working aswell

so i got a P06 switched the QM1 qm2 qm3 ecu is working now but wont let me rev past certain rpms no ecu light till the revs were limited (code 16 injectors)
but my injectors work. i have another ecu and engine runs great.

my theory. P06 1152 qm conductors work but to a certain rpm then ecu figures out they arnt to p72 spec
... heck, bad solutions are solutions so if anyone wonders..
p06 1152 dont work correctly on p72-a01 (my guess its somthing to do with dohc or vtAAck!!)
or they do work and the problem is in another place aswell

Either the p06 1152 are not compatible or some other transistor/semiconductor is messed up

 

do the numbers 411 or 412 matter?

also anyone know about the part next to rm5 on p72 marked 8T123/513 J

People usually get a replacement ECU.

 

yea.... cant find any for a decent price locally.. and definitely not buying anything that requires shipping
