I even see the wires in your picture that it connects too haha if those are not it i think there is a connector near the ebrake inside with matching colors follow those wires out to the engine bay

I figured out what had happened, i look at old transmission, idiots cut wires on it and had funny wire connectors hooked to it, this mad me think that those went to starter. i have to go get new wire connectors for it today.

they had those little square wire connector plugs on it, and on the trans case it has male/female rounded connectors.

i got to take any put some new connectors on the harness
