I am looking to fing out where the yellow and green wires on si trans go thanks

Should be on top of the transmission towards the front (manual transmission anyway).

yellow and green wires on si trans we do they plug up, someone said they are for reverse lighting but i do not see anywhere they would plug up at

If I remember correctly you don't plug anything into the transmission, the actual switch threads into the transmission. The connector goes to the harness. The matching connector should be bundled with the O2 sensor connector. Find that and follow it back.

Any sensors on the back of the block unplugged? oil sensor? thermoswitch?

im going to put shift linkage on today and try to take a look, but isnt there supposed to be 1 plug that isnt hooked up since it is zc swap

I don't think that's entirely correct then, rather the circular connector to the distributor would be two separate connectors on the DOHC ZC because one sensor is on the end of the exhaust camshaft. I don't recall anything else being different vs a straight up Si with respect to electrical connections.

*This is assuming all is staying pre OBD aka OBD0
