Do you have a spark??? Are your injectors opening? Let us know and we may be able to help more... There is a lot of things that can be causing ur problem... Laterz

yea i have spark , umm i dont think my injecotrs are geting any fuel , like i said it's not priming the lines when i have the car on the "on" position so im guessing itz electrical , other than that im to a stand still
i don't know what car is it.
Check the ECU fuse is called in the accord ECI/EFI or something like that, if is not getting any fuel is either the ecu or the fuel pump relay, perhaps? chech the ecu fuse, that is the first thing you should do

the relay your talking about is the one you here. Itts to the right under the glove box. It sits on a clip connected to the dash. Its pretty big about 1/2 the size of a pack of smokes.

Turn the key to the first on switch and that will turn on the fuel pump.
You should see fuel squirt out. If you do, your pump is working fine. If not, you either have a clog in the lines or a bad fuel pump.
Also make sure wiring to the injectors are good too. You will do this by putting a test light to the power wire on the injector. As well as if you are using a Resistor pack for the injectors, make sure there is power to all of the wires.
Crank over the motor and you should see the test light turn on

ok i took of then of the line that gose frome the fuel pump to the fuel filter and no fuel came out , and i have all spark and i am getting power to my injectors , so what now NEW PUMP!?!? if so dose any one now any sites where i can buy one , thank you , guys
Last time I had a ticking noise from my main relay i thought that it was going bad but it ended up being a loose ground in the engine bay.Specifically the ground on the thermostat housing was loose.Mine would even crank and then shut off because the vibration of the motor would make the faulty ground lose contact. You may check that before you purchase a pump.
I would try bypassing the relay, unplug it and apply 12 volts to the wires going to the pump. If it still doesn't kick in I would take the fuel pump out, test it with 12 volts straight to the terminals, and if it isn't working you are halfway done.
you knoe what you might be right im going to go check that out beacuse i had a problem on my whole motor not cranking over but it had power going to it and all my guages where going up and down like the exsersis or sommthing all beacuse i for got to hook up my ground but yea ill check that out ,when you had that problem did you still here your fuel lines prime up in the on position you knoe that lil humm befor you crank it over????

ok i juss checked out all my ground wires and still the same thing happens , the ticking is still thier from the main relay , but still no fuel , im stumed yall , i think ill change out the pump and let yall knoe how it goese
sounds like a bad fuel pump.
next thing to try is to use a test light with the wires going directly to the fuel pump and make sure there is power to the fuel pump.
if those are good, then you have a bad fuel pump.

my boy let me berow his fuel pump, we know that fuel pump is good , i put it in and i still dont here the lines priming up barowed a ecu still no start check fueses still no start , im out of things to do , i asume its electricl is thier any thing else i can check ??????? HELP!!!!
Test for voltage at the pump wires with the key on. Did you try bypassing the relay with voltage? I'm assuming you checked the fuel pump relay?

O MY GOD IM PISSED !!!! it turnd out to be a gay *** ground wire that came lose from my motor , i hate cars now ...j/k o well live and learn and i knoe i should of listen to my automotive teacher "PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL" , all that work cuz of a simple ground wire , well thanx for yall help guys , take care

Check fuse #7 in the under hood fuse box. Its a 15 amp un the upper left corner. If that it fine, turn the key to ingntion 1 and check for +12V at wire #6 coming out of the main relay (gray box with a 7 wire plug going to it, bellow and to the left of the in-cabin fuse box). If THAT is OK check for +12V at pin A25 at the ECU.
Can you tell that I have spend some serious quality time with my wiring
