Default air intake not constant

so with the engine at idle, and you listen to the air intake, the air flow is not constant. infact there is a studder like its not sucking in any air at all even though it still is.

the motor idles at 800, the only noticeable thing would be slight misfires out the exhaust but it has done that forever due to running rich and a open o2 port. starts up first try, runs decent cause im still messin wit fuel pressure..

70mm tb, skunk2 manifold. n/a setup. if anything its too much air, but iv nvr heard a intake that isnt constantly sucking.

just fishin for a few answers. bent valve..? sticky valve..? i have noticed a tick from a injector. or it may be somethin stupid like a dirty filter even though its 3months old lol. guess i can remove filter, start it up, and hold my hand over the intake tube and see if i feel air coming out or if its constant implyin bad filter -.-

thanks for any info

if idle is ok and stable and the engine accelarates well, i see no problem.
