Default skunk2 ultra series inlet manifold on a b20 vtec

Hello guys im newish to this website and im looking for abit of info if I could
im looking to buy either the skunk2 ultra street or the race version but im sure which one would be better for my build. Any help would be greatful
Heres my build
84.5mm rs machine pistons
b18c head with pro2 cams and gears
full lightened and balanced
act flywheel
aem v2 air filter
buddyclub tri y header
3" exhaust system
70mm spoon throttle bodie
my current inlet manifold is a venom intake but im wondering if I could gain more power from a diffrent manifold
this current build made 204whp
I checked my compression and I had 260psi across all 4

Any help is welcome
thanks in advance

I would go with the ultra street, the 3.5 race version is way overkill, made for turbo cars.

Must have been dyno'd on a pack, numbers seem pretty low to me especially with the pro2's, how high were you spinning to?

When they dyno'd the car they used 4th gear and reved it up to 8.5k
I was hoping for more but he said my inlet could be restricting it but from what I'm reading about these venom intake is there to big for everyday use

Yeah number kinda low for the setup. This should make no less than 220whp.

I know every number is different but my car is significantly less in terms of yours, and made about the same on a pack.

Give us some details.

Are the cams degreed in? If they are what are they set at?

Skunk2 ultra street, AEBS or custom Performer X will kill that venom all over the board.

Saying someone should be at "X" power on a dyno you know nothing about is stone cold retarded... not to mention he has ZERO port work done, is running a mediocre header, no mention of throttle body, and his IM is way too big.

204 sounds about right to me, depending on the dyno.

OP - get the street IM, and a throttle body if you don't already have one. Your header is ok, but I would think you could pick up another 5 with a better one. You will see the biggest power per $$$ from headwork IMHO. I've seen 20 hp gains from a good port.

Keep in mind the head isn't ported.

In a way I can see your point but he has a 2.0 liter barely breaking 200, there are plenty of setups mild at that without port work making well over 200 for example. back in 2007 my Ctr piston gsr made 218 with pro 1 cams NO PORT WORK. Also have a buddy with a similar setup to hisonly difference is: pro 3 cams, hytech rep header, victor x manifold and 2.5" to 3" intake making 241hp. Before you go switching manifolds I would play around with what you have first.
