Default is this a obd2 dizzy?

The plugs on the dizzy (pictured below) look different than the plugs in my 94 lx.

Obd1. Obd2 started in 96.

Yes it very well could be. That is the exact same plug setup that was on my OBD2 96-97 Accord EX (CDN) w/F22B2. It used the external ignition coil.

The '94 would have more wires coming out of the distributor as the TDC & CKP sensors were also located in the distributor. Were as on the OBD2 those two sensors were located down behind the crank pulley & drive gears mounted to the oil pump housing.

Thanks. Your exactly right. This is from a 96-97 accord non vtec.
