Easy problem just don't know how to fix EF.

Hey my buddy has a EF with a gsr in it. It has a obd0-obd1 jumpers.
He is getting cel 10 iat and 14 iacv.
So I'm not new to chasing cel but I have only worked in my 01 Teg which is less of a hacked harness than it I tried to trouble shoot same way but nothing we tired cleared the code. but here's the problem.
Cel10, we are not getting continuity to existing harness so to trouble shoot we ran independent wires from sensor to iat ecu pin(d15) obd1- and to d23 sensor ground and still nothing won't clear the cel after reset. So question is what does te iat sensor go to , obviously one to the iat ecu pin and where does the other wire go?
What pins do the iacv go to?
