Definitely oil related. Get it checked out by a competent tech.
Blue smoke = oil problem
White smoke = coolant problem
Black smoke = fuel problem

ya thanks, ll do that any other suggestions what it could possibly be where is the oil coming from cause it only does it when Vtec kick in.
I would imagine oil rings are toast, mine only burned oil while in vtec, and i went to get the rings replaced, as it turned out #2 #4 piston rings were fucked, and 1 and 3 were in good shape, had them done anyway along with valve seals!
so u think there the valve seals, how much is an estimate to replace those, do u find out if its the rings are bad by doing a compression test right

Bluish smoke usually means your exhaust manifold is cracked and anifreeze is leaking into the exhaust and burning off. This was the case with an 87 Toyota Corolla FX that I used to own.
i have the same problem, 94 gsr with 124K and its smokin after 6000, i know for a fact it's the rings and seals.....ah well, time for a block rebuild and a turbo install
