Ok so my 98 honda Ek hatch has a 99 front end conversion n I'm also thinking the doors were converted has powered locks n windows my drivers side window works n rolls down jst fine but my passenger one doesn't tried both switches nothing same for my powered locks nothing as well I have no blown fuses either can anyone help guide me in the right path thank

 

Download the service manual for your model year. There is a power window and lock troubleshoot test to determine which parts are faulty. Or you could just search for it on here, it's been posted several times.
