There's something bent... maybe the upright?

That sounds similar to my current scenario. I hit a pothole (on track) at speed and it immediately tweaked the front right knuckle. I replaced the front LCA's first since I needed new bushings, but the issue persisted. I havae purchased a new knuckle, bearing, and lower balljoint to replace that corner.

My scenario:
LF: -.86deg
RF: -2.87deg

I don't know how visible 1.5* in camber will be on the upright... certainly take a look but I doubt it'll be bent enough that you'll pick up on it by eye.

I was thinking along the lines of taking them off both sides and comparing them

If those bushings aren't well made or incorrectly installed, you could have some camber change from those. What kind of bushings?

Done some tinkering I believe its the upright is at fault seems to be pushing the camber arm higher up on the right side than the left everything else seems to be spot on

Polyurethane bushings change a lot of angles inadvertantly. They're also going to wear out in about 2 years. Not hatin...just saying.

But you may be right about your spindle issue also.

Would anyone know if you can change just the upright or do you have to change the whole hub

The spindle (upright) are separate than the hubs.

Spindle PN's:
51210-SR3-N10 (R)
51215-SR3-N10 (L)

Hub PN:
44600-ST7-R00

No. 6

If a hub were bent, you'd be getting a wheel wobble because the hub rotates. Spindles can bend and you'd just have an alignment angle off.
