Default 1998 CR-V -Crank, No start Pulling hair out !

Ok, So my car died while driving And will not start ,
OBDII scaner picks up 1 code P1382 Cylinder postion sensor No Signal .
But The blink codes I get off of the dash light flash say
code 15 Ignition output signal.
code 54 crankshaft fluctuation sensor error code.
code 61 Primary O2 sensor.

Now i have changed the distributor out thinking it was that.
Checked for Spark and i have that on all 4 wires.
Checked fuel at the filter, Had 40 psi .
Checked compession, 150 psi on all 4 cyl.

I can get it to start with starter fluid in the intake when motor is cold
And i hold the throtle wide open. It will run by it's self untill it warms up then dies .

I am running out of ideas Can someone help me ??..
P/s Back in November I changed the timing belt and had to change the crank postion sensor also .

check the wiring for that sensor. Did the sensor take a **** before you changed it?

Try the old sensor if it was working before you changed to troubleshoot the issue.

or you may have a bad sensor.. It happens.

also check timing/timing belt. jumping a tooth or two can cause this issue too.
