What engine is this?
1999 civic si
They swap the tranny with a gsr.
owner said the engine is a b16a2.(original motor)
So is it the original motor or jdm b16a because that would mean they swapped it and the jdm might have problem with smog.

if it is b16a, its the obd-0 version, or it has had the valve cover swapped for a gsr one. vtec should be larger than dohc on the obd 1 or 2 b16 vc
