Default OBD2b to OBD2a 00 civic ex B18cr dizzy wiring question

Okay so I'm swapping a 96-97 spec b18cr with the matching OBD2a P73 ecu into my 00 Civic EX. Everything is ready to go, I have the B to A ECU jumper to go with my stock EX harness, but I'm stuck on the distributor wiring.

My harness has the small 8 pin dizzy plug going to the larger 10 pin b18c plug.
From the schematics i can see that I'm missing the lead for the engine speed.

Basically I'm just confirming the information that I have.
I should run the blue wire from the igniter in the distributor to the tach test lead on the driver's side rear of the engine bay and boom, I'm done?
Is there another or better way of doing this?

It's my first swap so be easy on me... Thanks
Just trying to get everything sorted now because I can't have my car down for long.

Really, No one? I've seen tons of write-ups on this swap but no one ever mentions this particular problem. Only that it's a super easy swap; plug and play... etc
And help would be great, even if you can point me in the right direction...

I did the swap. I cut off the civic plug wired in the integra plug.. You will basically match colors if I remember correctly and have 1 left over. If I could do it over again id buy an adapter from rywire.

you don't even need the test tach wire... Its for service techs to connect with while in the engine bay to monitor rpm. Not detrimental to running of the engine
