Just picked up my second civic, first was a lame 95 dx. Blown head gasket soo I decided to get something newer. It's a 98 ek, ex vtech and all that. Has a flip flop paint job ATM. Body is a 7/10 id say for other civics I've seen out there. Rites through slightly on the hood near the head llight. Several bb sized dings around the car and light damage to the left fender. I do body work, painted my 95 twice, so I'm not worried about any of that. 1.6 vtech, it's no looker but 121k on it runs like a beast, vtech engages perfectly. Cold air intake, interior has 2 cigarette burns and that's really the only blemishes not all standed up. The stock steering wheel isn't even flaking off yet. Short throw shifter , after market head lights and tail lights. And an axel back flow master. This is the way I bought it so don't judge me on anything. This was the cleanest ex around my parts so I had to get it. Gladly answer questions or anything. Just really wanted to document this someway besides pictures... Only questions I have is what seats will bolt into this? That's where one cigarette burn is so probably one thing I'll replace. Will add pictures of the bay and interior later. Thanks guys

Children play with vtech, Hondas have vtec...just a pet peeve lol I think most people opt for the itr seats in response to your question. agreed the tail lights look decent, tired of seeing the Walmart tail lights where I live

You don't have an EK, you have an EJ8. If you're going to tell people to "come correct", at least have your terminology correct.

As for seats, you'd never believe what Google will tell you! FAQ: Honda/Acura Seat Compatibility and DIY Seat Pan Swap...EDUCATE YOURSELF!. Also, if you put in some searching effort, I have a thread here detailing how to install '03 Acura CL-S seats in an EJ6/8.
