My 94 lx was idling up and down with cold and normal operating temps.. Cleaned out iac and cleaned out fitv. Turned the plastic screw inside fitv down. Now my car idles up and down until it warms up. My coolant is full I dont know what else to do. Any1 have any input on how to solve this problem. Thanks.

 

I figured it out. My fitv wasnt screwed ALL the way down. Thanks guys.

 

You don't want it all the way down. You want it down to the point that on a completely cold start it idles at around 1500 rpms.

 

On cold start up it idles at fifteen hundred. Fitv is all the way down....thanks for the info holmes
