Default Adjust idle speed

Is there possible to adjust idle rpm to make it little bit higher on Civic Hybrid 2nd gen?

Why so you want the idle higher?

I'm not even sure that is possible since it's all mostly controlled electronically.

Drive by wire I believe, I'm just wondering why it would be beneficial to adjust it if possible

Cause increasing idle rpm for a few dozens may help to get rid of vibration.
Any other options how to fix vibration? I feel it on the steering wheel while on warm idle.
When car is cold idle speed is higher so i do not feel any vibration.

That is not how you solve an issue like that by increasing idle speed.

If you are having vibration it might be a motor mount.

I would fix the underlying issue rather than apply band-aids. Bad motor mounts can lead to damaging your axles, for example.
