Default Coolant leak from under throttle body

Hello all. I have a d16z6 that has a coolant leak(drip) that seems to be coming from underneath my throttle body. I have no idea what it could be. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? If so, how do I repair it. It seems to be something simple.

D16Z6 should be the 92-95 series and so would have the Fast Idle Thermo Valve (FITV) which uses coolant temperature to operate and resides on the underside of the throttle body. Most likely candidate for coolant leak just under the throttle body.

Thanks a bunch. I will look again to confirm. Let me ask you this TomCat39, I think I have a hose missing from the diagram you provided. The illustration just above section 4&5 has a small nipple sticking out to the right of the O-rings just beyond the wax. Does a hose attach there? If so, my hose is missing.
