So first off, I apologize as I'm sure this topic has probably been beat to death, but I'm stumped here.
Picked this 92 Accord up a few months ago. The cooling fans will not run at all, even with the ac on. The compressor is kicking in. The radiator side fan motor is locked up - I have a new one on its way - but neither fan receives power either. Condenser fan runs when jumped. I have been searching and am going to try jumpering the thermo switch connectors, but would a failed thermoswitch prevent the fans from receiving 12v when ac is on also? Anything that can point me in the right direction is appreciated.

DID YOU SWITCH FAN RELAY WITH ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUSE BOX?

 

Yes, switched fan and power window relays. Relay is good.

 

I WOULD REMOVE THE FAN TIMER AND REMOVE FROM ITS CASING AND CHECK FOR CRACKS IN THE CONTACT POINTS LIKE YOU DO ON THE MAIN RELAY.

 

MIGHT WANT TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS FIRST
