Hi, I've been a long time follower in the type R forums. Always reading the new topics and posts, but I've hardly participated in the discussions. So I figure I would start a thread to introduce you guys to my R. I have a 2001 PY Type R with approx. 46xxx miles on here. I bought her with 45k on heR and owned heR for 2yrs. She hardly gets driven but i figure i would try and drive heR more often this summer. She is mostly stock, with the exception of an apexi exhaust and a aem intake. I also swapped the interior to red. Pulls sounded good from the other day. I mean, that is bc PY is the fastest anyway so why wouldnt it sound so good.

hopefully I can beat the traffic cameras with the plate lights if I needed to.


Fun fact: those rear seats arent real cdm seats. I had them made with alcantara (real recaro fabic), but one day I will get the real deal.

 

if I were ever going to change out of the black seats, I was thinking of trying to go yellow..

 

Yellow interior might be a little too much yellow for me. Plus, finding some yellow recaros is like hitting the lotto. But owning a pair would be awesome none the less.

 

i got over owning a yellow caR..




id get over having yellow seats even quicker.

 

Those backseats are from the CDM type r right?
