Default Wastegate length

I made a forward facing manifold for my d2b Civic. Now all I have left is to make the cuts for my wastegates. It is a twin scroll manifold, will have time mvs 38mm Tial's. Now the purpose for this thread is does it matter if the one wastegate "ports" is longer than the other? My idea for placement was to have both wastegates be on the same side of the collector (on the back side, behind the collector/flange), which would involve a 90 and a small straight on the front scroll to bring the wastegate to the back side. Does it matter that it will end up having 4x the runner length leading to the wastegate? Or will it have negligible effects since it'll be full of pressure regardless.

Thanks

Yes.

Unless your design is really off you shouldn't have any problem with the lengths being slightly different as they will open at the same time.

Symmetry looks cool but wastegate placement is more important to controlling boost levels.
