Should I buy a Motor that's been sitting for 6 years?
Its a B18c5. The guy said it came out of a running car. 6 years just seems like a long time.

Where was it sitting?

If inside, [dry place] and you can turn the crank, then yes, depending on what seller is asking for it and how complete the motor is.

I would also want some kind of "money back" if you find engine is junk. 94

As stated above, find out where the motor was stored and turn it over by hand. I am pretty sure my obd0 b16 changeover from Hmotors that I bought a while ago sat for many years due to the age of the motor and it cranked over first try and ran perfectly for years.
