Default transmission shifts at 3500 rpm's

99 accord 3.0 engine. it would'nt idle . replaced the throttle control sensor. at the same time i did a cap and rotor, plugs, and drained the transmission fluid twice. now each gear waits till 3500 rpm's to shift. gas mileage went down. any one have this problem? i'm thinking the throttle control sensor that i changed is partially bad. ???
