Default timimg belt problem

i think the timing in my integra is going bad.. it seems like it might want to back fire or atleast it seems like its the timing belt and when i'm parked my rpm's go up by them selves what can i do to fix this? thanks

If your timing belt slipped a notch your engine would be running very rough and even grenade if it's traveled too far. It has nothing to do with how your engine idles when parked vs not parked.
