Racing Idle 96 civic
My 96 civic ex has a high idle when in gear. The idle also fluctuates about 1000 rpms when in neutral (MT). The primary O2 sensor is only getting 2 volts at the connection. The checks of the IACV are good. The whole distributor and cap have been changed. The throttle body is new. What is the solution? No vacuum leaks. New fuel rail, regulator and filter. D16y8 VTEC engine. Have a high capacity fuel pump with an adjustable fuel regulator.
