I have a 1994 Honda civic DX automatic trans. First problem is the instrument panel. While driving the speedometer now says 0. The temp gauge is below cool. And the fuel gauge is now on empty even though there is at least a half a tank. I believe that a new instrument panel is needed. Just some background on the car, it was blowing fuses often for the instrument panel/tail lights. The tail lights are still on even though there is this instrument panel issue. Also right after this all started, (roughly 30 minutes later), when the car was put in park in a parking lot, the car would not shift out of park without being jammed with a key. I believe this could be the solenoid not getting enough electricity, if any. I believe i know what may be wrong but I am just looking for someone with better experience to give me some input.
