"bard"... ???? MEANINGG!!! wat is it!!
I been seeing on craiglist allot of civic and acuras for sell but wat u mean by bard... they told me somethimg bout some dmv and swaps but wat does it mean. Its the first time hearing it...?

It's not "bard", it's BAR'd.
BAR = Bureau of Automotive Repair. They're the guys who verify all work that's done to cars is done properly and safely. If a swap doesn't have a BAR sticker, it's illegal.

What do you need to get this sticker.. so the swap needs to be done professional... honestly this the forst time hearing this bard.. need much info as possible... thanx
