97 CX Hatch, was Auto and still using Auto cabin harness.

I am installing EK9 Power Folding Mirrors and am still trying to figure out the wiring, I am using a 96-98 EX floor harness and have pinned in the 2 extra wires on each side for the folding option. ( These do NOT have defrosters). I have tried wiring the mirror switch and relay at least 5 different ways, because a lot of Diagrams I find are different, The switch came with an 8pin, 2 row plug and my plug on the USDM harness does not work with the switch.

Every time I wire it up as each diagram shows, The mirrors do not fold, but the mirrors will adjust, always in one direction only, and they will blow the AC/Heater fuse in the underdash fuse box.

I also do NOT have my climate controls hooked up currently. Is this a possible reason they aren't working and blowing the fuse?

And I cannot seem to find a COMPLETE wire diagram, everyone I find either doesn't have the same wire colors as my switch plug, or is for the single row green plug.
