Hey guys. Im having problem passing smog due to High NOx. I've changed the cat but now it my motor or whatever it is is making noise around 2,000-3,000 RPM. If you guys know the cause, let me know ! Also, does the spring bolt/screw has to be tighten or loosen a bit?

If you guys have another ideas, please help out !

Different states have different specifications, I'm emissions certified here in new mexico and we do not test obd2 cars through the tail pipe for the high or lows NOx. So what state are you in? The best thing to do before an e test is to change all the spark plugs,wires, change the oil, and get a new gas cap. Yours is running a little rich, the spark plugs are not burning enough fuel. BUT.. not saying its a spark plug problem.
