Default 97 Accord SE Seized Rear Toe Eccentric bushing

Hey as the title suggests, I can't get the bolt to turn in the bushing. Loosened the locking nut, soaked in pb blaster and liquid wrench for days but nothing. My question is has anyone had this problem and if so how did you A) get the thing out and B) what did you replace it with? Is this the right part?

Thanks and regards,

that part is for upper control arms in the front.. if its seized only thing you can really do is snap the bolt head off and cut the other side so you can get the arm out. then replace what you broke.
go to dealer to get the correct parts.

Didn't look right to me either. What is that part called though? I'd much rather order it than pay dealership prices...

just what I had circled in my photo. first I must ask why are you wanting to adjust/loosen that? most camber issues can be fixed with an adjustable upper arm.
and if you needed to get a new one, stealership is where you would want to go.

this is not for camber but for toe... that's an eccentric to adjust toe not camber, unless im terribly mistaken. the hunter alignment rack im using says the rear toe needs to come in quite a bit. I believe the driver may have hit a snow drift, forcing the eccentrics out of place, is there not a more user-friendly turnbuckle in the aftermarket? there must be, and I know Honda, 90 bucks for a timing belt.. but you are suggesting I need to replace the entire control arm because obviously that bushing is pressed in, correct?

if you work at a shop you should have access to a press to press it out. and replace with a new bushing. but may be more cost effective to get a new arm.
you are correct that is to adjust toe. I have never used an alignment rack.
go to Honda for the bolt because it may need cut. everything else can be had at a local parts store or at least they can order it for you.

Thanks for the tips, going to try and heat the bushing today which will probably destroy it but at least I'll have it out. I could press in a new bushing but you're right, a new arm will most likely be the route I take. I just didn't really want to put that setup back on since it obviously locks up over time. Still searching for a turnbuckle style arm that will go in it's place.
