Hey HT here is my attempt to make a build thread.

Quick little back story.
Ive started of with a 97 Integra as my first car back in 04 or 05


then picked up a 94 RS Shell


didn't get to finish it and got out of the scene bought a 00 323I

Got bit by the bug again and pick up a 93 civic hatchback kept the bimmer as a DD later sold the EG and stayed away for a while





and now I'm back


here's the picture from the ad. motor had a spun bearing.

Got her home. charged the battery I wanted to crank it to confirm the spun bearing. The guy I bought it from didn't know exactly what happen.


After that I began to look for a new motor, mean while I did a quick diy to make th SI on the cluster glow






Also began to take it apart


Found a JDM B16 in fresno so off we go in the middle of rush hour


4hrs later loaded it and back we go to LA


ready for the swap


JDM B16 in switched the VC


Test driving the car for about a week


Bought a D2 coil over set off a friend


resprayed a set of sprint hart CP silver and made decals for them

Nice!.. brought back from the dead... the body and swap look fantastic... i'd like to know how you got the Si symbol to glow like that.. anyways, you gonna get a front lip from honda for it??

 

That was a great idea on making the SI glow... I like that!
